Happy Sunday! Today, we're exploring the first major comic of 2025, titled "The Good Servant," which features Vera as the main character. It's been a while since Vera has taken the spotlight, the last being in "It Follows," so she is definitely overdue.
In this story, Vera finds herself trapped in a remote eastern Europe village controlled by two sinister nuns. As she attempts to escape, she ultimately fails and must face the consequences of her actions.
After experiencing humiliation, Vera realizes that the only way to survive is to submit to their cruel game.
This will not be enjoyable for her. These two nuns are determined to control every aspect of her life, dictating what she should wear, demonstrating proper table manners, and taking full advantage of her submission to satisfy their own sadistic egos.
Do you like the direction this story is taking?
Now the big question is: how should I end the story? Should Vera escape, and if so, how? Or does she adapt to her new life?

This one sounds super interesting! I love the concept. Gives me resident evil vibes in a way. As for the question… oofff, I think it’d be interesting to see her adapt to the new lifestyle and only be convinced to break free of this new life by one of her good friends who’s now been captured and forced to undergo the same stuff she has.
