Last Ride: A Farewell To Casgra Comics

With the rise of AI and a significant decline in sales, it seems like the right time to end Casgra Comics. This year, both The Good Servant and Primal Chemistry performed poorly in terms of sales. It's disappointing because Elly invested a lot of effort into these stories, and I supported her throughout the process. Even One Million Years A.D. Episode IV failed to meet expectations. It’s clear that it’s time for me to step aside. Therefore, I have decided that Casgra Comics will no longer continue and I personally will focus solely on contributing to the premium galleries at DeviantArt.
It's important to understand that if I spend hours creating full comics only to sell a few copies, it isn't worth it.
I have experimented with AI, but I found the results to be unsatisfactory and it's just not the same kind of creativity. I have no doubt that AI will improve significantly in the coming years.
This final comic, Last Rise tells three short stories: Walter returns for rent, Jenna and the three Hendersons, and Last Call with Bridget and Mack, which was inspired by a previous release. Look for it at Renderotica sometime next week.
That will be all. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported my work for nearly ten years. It's been great!

Now hold on a second. Dear Mr Casgra - I'm sure I'm not the only person here who has supported purchases at Renderotica, Deviant, Affect3D etc. all these years. You can't just abandon Bridget? Elly has worked hard and we appreciate her. But it's no reason to let a franchise like Bridget disappear.
She's like a real person!!
If it's a funding issue - talk to me! You have my email - let's do something for Bridget.
She's made so many people happy for so many years. This is the time to support her.
Money is the silliest issue to abandon Bridget. If it's a silly reason like money - write to me. There's a good chance I can help…
That's awful news! I mess around with ai a lot, but I always look forward to and buy your comics! I can't understand why the sales would decrease, ai art is fun and all but it doesn't replace seeing an artist's work and knowing that every single part of it was THEIR imagination and THEIR creativity.
